(Tired and need to get to bed), but another EXTREMELY important factor in what causes a pennystock to rise in price is the expectation and/or believe that generous revenues are either coming in, or soon to come in, and they may be HUGE. (Perception).
Expectant +revenues influences the POSITIVE sentiment of people like nothing else can. It is the "ingredient" that makes babies in diapers evolve into grown men and women QUICKLY who become world impactors.
To repeat, as a good current example: ONCI projects that "Sentiment" at present in my CONFIDENT opinion. (I wouldn't have bought millions of shares this morning otherwise, [and may keep buying MORE shares in the days ahead, if I find no better place to invest].)
