The BEST returns you'll get over time in sub-penny stocks comes from VERY EXCITING (EXPECTANT) "Sentiment".

What a lot of sub-penny stock investors BELIEVE in a company at any given time and are willing to put LONG money to is what moves a sub-penny stock upwards more than any other factor. (The CEO greatly determines the SENTIMENT, by the way, though positive PR's ... or the lack thereof).

As an example -- ONCI today is a classic example. If you study the company's PR's the last month, the "Sentiment" is that this stock could easily pop over $.01 SOON and run much higher in the weeks ahead.

Will it? SENTIMENT will ultimately manifest it. Bashers will eventually discredit the company to get cheaper shares, and people who are holding a lot of shares will try to convince the world owning ONCI is better than smelling Grandma's roses.
