only thing any one said was that if SEPT came and went without an appeal, then the clock starts ticking as to when JPM gets its money!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't recall any suggesting to day was pay day,but it was the start of the clock ticking, and IF IF IF we are gonna get anything this finalizing of the 4 cases would start that clock!!!!!

No on predicted any pop, apparently you thought that. Those who talked about the 5th only talked about the appeal deadline. No one here is concerned about the PPS on WMIH. It will happen eventually.

I don't recall anyone predicting a "pop" on the 5th. Just a indication that the process is proceeding forward without any further delay.
