The point of the 5th was plain and simple end of the BD/JPM cases..........WITH NO APPEAL FILED

Now to me this put the final I's being dotted and the T's crossed so as to be able to go BACK to the JUDGE and get the STAY LIFTED!!!!!!!!!!
Once that is accomplished if if if we are gonna move forward, it should start pretty quickly after the stay is lifted!!!!!!!!!!!!

IMHO NOTHING can happen until the STAY is lifted by the court!!!!!!!!
