Dividends come directly from the companies earnings... The same revenues that pay the 12 employees @ SIGO. They can pay themselves crazy salaries like most do, or just claim ridiculous administration expenses AKA +$10 million like most do but they don't... 300 k salaries for 2 officers when you are bringing in millions and millions in revenues is totally acceptable.
The S1 was dated in June 22 and accepted into effectiveness on 8-4. They were trading @ .13 then on 6-22. Nothing fishy with that. These shares are only available for use until May 2018 the latest.
I think it is admirable how transparent and lack of toxic debt that is happening. Everything was clearly written in all 8ks and filings, nothing hidden.
Do wish they would try 2 use the s1 shares as last resort in expansion. But again, expansion = more revenues.
