Insiders own 92% of the diluted shares here and get almost all the teeny dividend. Insiders get $46K, outside shareholders get to split a whopping $4000. LMAO!

These scammers can play all the games they want, but those who want to pay $0.89 per share while the company dumps millions of shares at $0.10 would be better off funding a charity.
