Yes, I can understand your position and overall assesment of the situation and also probably would not invest in this company at this point in time.
However having said that I find it hard to believe that Kris and the others, after all their input to develop a viable product, would walk away empty handed. As Gregory mentioned in one of his emails "we are not into this for pennies". I dont think they are done yet.
The other OTT companies that surfaced in the meantime doesn't concern me to much because I think there is enough room for everybody; besides I think our approach is different as I understand it.
Let's give them some more time and to be a contrarian I would argue that the Bayliss fiasco could be seen as an incentive for them to show that they can make this a succesful company without Bayliss.
Even if I may be dreaming I really hope to wake up and find this is not a dream...lol
