What I don't understand from our CEO, why is he not promoting the stock in the right way a little so we can combat the dilution factor
Maybe hire a PR rep to communicate with the public, just put yourself out there so people see you and hear about your great company and its wonderful future.
He can use a higher PPS to negotiate the debt, that puzzles me more than anything else
That's what I would like to know. How much of a discount were these shares given out at? That would give us an idea how low this will probably go. No way these guys are selling for a loss.
