All of the releases contradict your statement with the exception of the company being short on cash. Why do you believe this?

Bergman has been saying that Shaw is in panic mode for more than a year now. I wouldn't put much into what Bergman says about TAUG, or anything for that matter, as we all know he has a long history of lying and manipulating. Including through message boards.
