And while they are always short on cash, as they need 100k here or 50K there Seth raises the money. In fact, didn't he put about 150k of his money in.

I saw Seth and have heard that he has attached a building with plenty of equity to pay him his money in the ROI case. Just a matter of time before he has another large chunk of money to put in TAUG...

The case against the Defendants is obscene....I have stated many of the violations but in court the jury will be blown away at what Cowan, Meyler and Herzog tried to do... Blown away, not even the current judges are aware of this.

Good luck with them appealing punitive damages....

Because the odds of wining triple damages are extremely low.

And, even if TAUG wins, their adversary has much deeper pockets than TAUG does. They have the option to spend huge amounts of money to legally appeal a final court decision. TAUG does not.
