I don't know the bottom, I have stopped trying to figure that out. And for the .01 idk know, I would think you could short the stock and sell those shares for say .005 and make a profit. That's why rich and note holders don't give a shit what the price is at.

Nope. If it falls lower than the agreed upon price they get additional shares.
