OK. I'm starting to wonder (STILL) where the bottom is on this stock. This is insane...what is the point of diluting at this level? Makes really no sense to me. Aren't all the shares issued price like .001 ..if it gets below that wouldn't you pretty much be taking a loss putting more of that into the OS?
