All those who post how long something may take based on what happened previously in an effort to portray delays for a year or more are relaying one side of the coin. Settlement (s) could happen at any time. Also, those who post pacer updates here frequently are of not much help. Too many things happen between law firms which are not shown on Pacer. You will not know first from Pacer when a settlement is signed.
I don't believe what you posted. I don't think our law firms would let the defendants to push the settlement back as they want. The two law firms know how to push the defendants to settle. They need to move on to other infringers to make money, would not let the defendants to stop them with whatever excuses. I am not panic for the settlement at all.
I am just frustrated with the retails and not so confident with the deals.
