A settlement could happen at anytime. My point is the settlement numbers people are investing in, don't happen during PTAB trials. The big cases everyone looks at and makes comparisons too are usually post PTAB trials during the actual court proceedings. Which at this point is at least 14 months away (I'll give into the the "this will happen at perfect speed with no hick ups). The real trial would not realistically start taking steps forward again for another month or two after the PTAB final written decision was issued.
