Well I am hoping the other patents that are still valid can be enforced. I believe it was Augme's 536 patent that was ruled invalid and that was part of a tree trunk if you will. There are other patents coming off that and it was a big part of the portfolio. However they have geofencing patents and other Technologies.. hopefully they learn from previous mistakes
When I was at some of those old shareholding meetings talking with the C guys, they explain to me the best way to get somebody to the table immediately was through an injunction.. but to slap another company with an injunction takes Millions and proof and all of that. That's why people said for years that hipcricket would do well under another company with big money
