Well, let's hope this happens soon. Looks like insiders have been selling recently, although not a lot and still retain a lot of shares. Likely selling b/c fiduciary duties to other shareholders to make some returns. UPLD still looking good and hope to see continued growth along with being acquired by a larger company or even raising a huge fund to pay out all HIPP shareholders. :)
