Well I am hoping the other patents that are still valid can be enforced. I believe it was Augme's 536 patent that was ruled invalid and that was part of a tree trunk if you will. There are other patents coming off that and it was a big part of the portfolio. However they have geofencing patents and other Technologies.. hopefully they learn from previous mistakes
