Nope, to my knowledge, no one has mentioned Lifetech Capital on this board so far other than you, but I'lll bite.

Who are they - the i-bankers for the convertible note(s)? Was just reading up on that this evening.

Not ideal terms but probably the price of admission to the club I think AEPP aspires to join.

Because any mention of Lifetech Capital will send shareholders running, Stephen Dunn and Craig Pierson are both that thing you find in the bottom of a sewer lurking ready to prey on any form of garbage they can get there hands on in my estimation only.

When Oncolix signed Lifetech to to advise and those two grubby animals got there paws on Oncolix, it spelled the last day.

I don't even like talking about Dunn and Pierson They make me cringe and if you google then and see what they do with these companies, you will also cringe

Another plaintiff, LifeTech Capital investment banking managing director Craig Pierson, was also at the mentioned meeting in Florida with Bishop, and that Pierson “introduced certain of the plaintiffs to the company.”

I guess we are seeing who rats on who when the bad stuff hit the fan

Seem Life Tech, who Is managing this fake paid Merger sets up all these frauds to meet one another

But LifeTechs very own Craig Pierson was personally named in yet another Securities fraud case

Why has Oncolix chosen to do business with these shady people, why are these toxic funders hiding, why won't Redman address these issues

Is it me or do these same Con Artist all connect themselves through these phony Bio companies?

J Donald Payne needs to come out and show shareholders that Oncolix does not needs these criminals to fund there operations, why didnt they seek companies who dont appear all over the Internet in Lawsuits?
