Why has Oncolix chosen to do business with these shady people, why are these toxic funders hiding, why won't Redman address these issues

Is it me or do these same Con Artist all connect themselves through these phony Bio companies?

J Donald Payne needs to come out and show shareholders that Oncolix does not needs these criminals to fund there operations, why didnt they seek companies who dont appear all over the Internet in Lawsuits?
