ItsMyOption, I agree with your assessment in total in that September 2017 will be the month we see WMIH's long awaited 8K and/or an 8K from WMILT advising us of monies moving into our accounts.

JPM's 645 million will move within ten business days from 9/5/2017 into one of JPM's pre-selected accounts. When their monies move other monies have to move at least within the same time frame PLUS this releases four other WaMu related cases.

No doubt, in my view this releases WMIH to move forward. The tenth business day in 9/19/2017.
