WMIH may begin to move forward after 9/19/2017, BUT, when do you think the FDIC will begin to return the property of The Holding Company?

The Holding Company was 'mistakenly' seized, and the FDIC even admitted it. How long can they keep the property from the rightful owners?

You are absolutely correct, I don't even think we will have to wait until 09/19/2017 for JPM to receive their monies. What matters for closing the 4 related cases as you point out and from a legal stand point is the 09/05/2017 date. The settlement becomes final and then the parties can provide the next or shall I say the LAST "Status Update" report. NO MORE WaMu related suits or "litigation morass" - Hail Mary !
