Right. Patients living longer is implied in my points for Europe, because reimbursement there is so focused on OS improvement. See prior posts. Also initial publication for Europe was February 2018 (not July) and now is April 2019. Anyway, I'm simply speculating regarding two possible reasons for the change, but yes, in Europe OS separation would be more critical for initial reimbursement decision than it would be here in the United States where surrogate endpoints often initiate market entry and initial price.
