Also initial publication for Europe was February 2018 (not July) and now is April 2019.



I'm not sure but I thought that it was the appraisal that was scheduled for February 2018 - not the publication. So I believe the appraisal process has moved from Feb 2018 to June 2018. I don't remember when the publication process was scheduled for.
