Sorry, I'm with copperfish on this one

I have gotten emails from him before and have talked to him on the phone twice, this sound nothing like him.

And if he is using it for debt reduction well that would be positive in my opinion, but He is turning those into preferred A & B stocks and they are none dilutable.

So nothing in your email makes sense, specially the first line.

I'm sure you sold some shares this morning before so kindly sharing your email with us.
