OK bud. I still have all my shares. I believe theres value here, just posting my response from the CEO here is what I asked.

I have quite a bit of money invested in BTGI also and if dilution occurs it would be to clear out debt. We have people buying shares daily we have debt holders that sell shares there are many cases where the company can't stop the sale of those shares as it is their right to sell off their debt.

Our next 10Q will publish next week and if your read our Q's and K's for the last 8 years this is not uncommon

There are 900 million shares of common stock authorized for a reason.
