That's another point I don't understand. They're 70% of the way to the market cap threshold already. Why not either do a large tender to push that price up, or simply continue buying back shares with excess cash?

I noticed from the provided data that they will purchase shares when the stock is at or below $2.00. Interesting that this is the floor they set, it's likely just an arbitrary price. At least they have started the buyback however.

Those "two words" did not keep this stock from having a PPS of 3.50 and you know it deep down. This stock will never hit 3.50 without the volume from exposure to investors. The only people who even bothered to read the 10Q or listen to the webcast were people who follow this Board. No one else has ever heard of VirTra, or if they have, are not penny-stock investors. That's the sad truth. IMO our product line is just too narrow and every day that passes we become last years model. We spend a small fortune on R&D, or so Ferris tells us, where is the product that revolutionizes the industry and gives us a firmer market share of the big pie that you refer to?
