But no need to do it to meet 50mil market cap. A share price of 3.50 would give them plenty of cushion and the company's performance easily justifies it. We could be there today if not for those two stupid words in the PR. They also had to know those two words would kill the stock.....so that begs the question about why did they include them? Perhaps honesty, perhaps some other motivation. I really haven't a clue.
