I can prove he is still involved.

1) current Nevada State Secretary of State website. 1 month after bs PR and STILL list Tuby & Mike

2) more importantly read the last filings. Mike & Tuby were the only 2 shareholders with "Preferred shares". If they did not sell them (which would require 8k filing) then they are still pulling the strings. Anybody care to prove they sold those shares??????

3) check out Tuby's Facebook page. Idiot still lists himself as "CEO & founder" of tbev. Funny pics of him hunting for Bigfoot & literally dressed as a navy SEAL! Hilarious!

I WILL absolutely call investor relations guy Joe a liar!!! Mark it down ...do you really want me to go back to the archives of all the posting here that he had with Robert 234 with all the IMGUR updates? I mean it'll take me a few minutes to get it all together but he told Robert 234 they weren't going to be doing a reverse split ..Robert posted it here and then two weeks later BOOOOOOOOM ...reverse split # 3 was Born ..please don't make me go back and post it all again I've already posted it all about seven or eight times each time with all those in IMGUR images from IR Joe and his Bag of lies .. Yeah, next time you're going to call an IR guy, record it. Numerous free apps available.

I would also advise anyone who has emails of Joe, Toby and the other crooks to share those emails through a public google drive so that we can jointly file a complaint at the SEC.

There's enough evidence he duped a lot of investors here.
