Joe only tells us what he knows at the time. I'm sure Toby lied to him about the reverse split. Not his fault Toby was a jacka$$. I'm sure Joe was lied to plenty of times by those clowns. He only put out what those guys told him. Only Toby knows all the lies he has told.
