Well I also spoke with Joe and he has confirmed that Toby is gone. So then your next argument is that Joe is also lying. I see no reason why Joe would call me and lie to me. Toby also told me back in December that him leaving was a possibility. So I believe he is gone. Toby the douche will be working on another adventure where he can find another source for his ATM. I'm sure we will be seeing something with Toby happening soon.

For now we have to believe he is no longer involved with TBEV.
