If it is so suitable name and symbol wise, why was he (Ballas) telling investors right up until the day before the announcement it wasn't happening that they were fully committed to it and it was in its final stages? It's a lie, plain and simple imo. If they knew it was staying the same they would have kept their mouths shut.
