What you've said is YOUR take on the circumstances, which is the "worst case scenario" way to view them.

You say he strung us along.

I say they decided that ubqu was a more suitable symbol and ubiquitech is the more suitable company name as they intend to make money from many different ventures, not just HLT.

You say there is no proof crypto will make money.

What "proof"? The only proof can be when it does make money. They clearly stated the research that went into the decision to take this direction.

You say money is being diverted from HLT to these other ventures.

I say you didn't invest in HLT, you invested in Ubiquitech and it would be irresponsible of the parent company to dump all of their money into one venture and pass up on other long term money making, company growing opportunities.
