The debt and growth and cash flow are primary factors. This turd is still trying to raise cash. There is no cash flow. They gave it away for 5 million dollars. The debt is likely ridiculous and overhead and the only thing that makes it anything is the made up 30 million in revenue part that the 8k clearly stated waa bogus. Then i would bet sales are deteriorating which would explain why they gave it away for 5 mill. If sales are declining... game over. There's is nothing here but debt and notes. They are making money by SELLING SHARES what's so hard to see? Nothing here. Making up value without financials and not figuring it fully diluted will keep imaginary value around till reality hits.
