I know how investing works and I its is very very plausible to get a run to Revs/OS on the OTC because business metrics don't really matter as much as on a higher efficiency exchange:
If vert wants their money, then they are gonna want to increase the PPS, not dilute this into infinity while Levin/Vert/Oreva spends another 40 million on High Times
