I don't like the almost $5 million in general and administrative expenses with only $29,000 spent on research and development in the last quarter. Startups should be spending more on R&D if they have the money, imo. Debt was converted into shares at .10, millions and millions of them. There's over 340 million outstanding now giving it a market cap of almost $90 million. Stock price is too high for penny players, too low for "real" investors, imo. Interesting technology and management but I won't touch it at this price.
