Funny... using the same defense on different judges. This got smashed when they put an expert on the stand. The judges then laughed at Cisco. Must have been clear to anyone with a brain.
Again, not a guarantee that the judges have brains but I still have a little faith in the system that we put intellectual people in those positions.
