I agree with a lot of his statements.
He's correct about how P&D's work and this stock has all the ingredients ... only I don't necessarily agree that the company intentionally set out to deceive buyers.
The quick jump in share prices was not due to the company lying or misleading people, but due to buyers buying the stock due to the hope of making quick money without doing their DD.
Now that the dust has settled, this stock has come back to reality and the price is where it should have been all along.
He did state in the video, if this company can produce some products that work, this can become a better good stock to own and make a money for the shareholders.
Time will tell. For now, it's all downhill and a slow bleed out
