Previous video predicted 5 months ago that OWCP would be on a downtrend leading into the summer: CORRECT!

Also emphasized that since OWCP has no sources of revenue, they will depend on stock dilution: CORRECT!

Predicted that a stock that rises 1000X so fast (.0030 to 3.23) is just not worth buying: CORRECT!

This new video suggests that those who are holding the bag still have a way out. If bagholders sell now, and take their cash, they can make the lost money, but it is crucial to SELL NOW and protect whatever is left of a depreciated bank account because OWCP will go down further into the gutter.
