Let me start by saying I'm a believer and long holder in BVTK!! I'm confused..Can anyone explain something to me, please?? At the bottom of each of the last two notes listed it states about also having a certain dollar amount due each day for a certain amount of days...

June 9th 2017-
Note Face value-$165,025
We received-$135,000
But we also owe 240 Daily payments of $680????
-So we owe them stock and $163,200

June 23rd 2017
Note face value-$262,775
We revived-$220,000
But we also owe 180 Daily payments of $1460
-So we owe them stock and $262,800

I don't mean to sound stupid if I'm missing something but can someone please explain this to me???

I was personally expecting a worse 10K

Hell I've seen worse 10k situations with lesser companies on the OTC and still come out GREEN going forward easy


But I am going to save my most important comment as a reply to this post

It is something no one has really flat out said in plain English even though it is super obvious

Which is the most IMPORTANT thing to me right now...and why I know we are going GREEN for so many reason going forward (but maybe most importantly for this reason above all else)

I think that it is clear that this money is funding the running of the company and diluting the stock.

Tom should address this.

This is certainly a bigger deal then becoming current with financial disclosures on a so far money losing company.

Frankly this material will be part of the filings, I am sure.

BVTK Transfer agent is NOT GAGGED... and even though BVTK has a STOP SIGN... da company been sellin' shares this whole time since low triples... people alwayzzz claim that is not possible ;-) ... lol - and always also that what you are talkin' about can't happen with a STOP sign etc... only after it is removed... wat? :-)
