I have no idea. That is a question for the company. I don't think they have disclosed the actual note documents...there might be more detail in them.

The expectation is that they will be paid with cash from Bvtk's pending mega deals rather than via conversions, though conversion remains an option if the deals and cash fall through (which they won't).
