This would be huge imo! Once we cross 0.15 tomorrow our MC will be at about 66m. Rgi is currently 26 million. This, as I understand, would mean AMFE shareholders would receive 2.5 shares to every 1 share that rgi shareholders receive in the newly formed company? Merger could easily happen with the companies strategic partnership already in place.
I think the gap will continue to widen(in terms of AMFE>RGI MC) so it might be in our best interest to wait a little longer. Adding them right in the middle of the next green rush would be straight POWER! Maybe even spinoff grozone and merge with rotogro on a more even basis. Then we'd own 3 powerhouses after buying 1 undervalued and completely unknown pink sheet THIS YEAR!

The plot thickens...as it seems to weekly now! The story of "AMFE and the amfilite army" will be one of many millionaires!

Very interesting thought about a merger or outright acquisition Rocket!! I would suggest that if we were to buy them out, probably the sooner the better, because the price to get them would go up substantially once sales start hitting vs in this early stage of adoption....just my thoughts...AMFE $4 LIFE.

What if he merges Interloc-Kings with RotoGro in the spin off to a new holding/ brick and mortar company? lol Then AMFE and the new spin off company are linked and do business together...

They can always remerge again with AMFE too...
