Agreed, he pumps the hell out of a so called buyout email offer though......They chose to go dark after that as well. Another punch to the gut of the shareholder.

This buyout will go absolutely nowhere, it will be spun in a manner that the offering company was lowballing them and the shareholders kept calling them with threats so he pulled out. Watch....it has happened with basically everything in the last few years, just different scenarios. Rinse, wash, repeat. Mark this post.

I disagree ksv. The first case went all the way to the Supremes, and J&J lost their 105 patent. DECN has been able to now proceed with the Big Daddy case going on now. Me thinks the result after this one will be very clearly in DECN's favor. I guess we'll have to wait to find out. GLT all shareholders.

ksv-recall loanranger put a number to the CA settlement, I too am of the opinion were it a nice number-Berman would have headlined it. He can't help himself, the number IMO was an embarrassment to the embellishment. So from 150K (CA) to 400+ million-the mother load. Yea right.

We can disagree on some of the points, but I think its pretty tough to refute that DECN won from a legal perspective, which is where this thread began (competence of the legal team). Did they get enough out of it, probably not, but the story hasn't played out yet at least in my opinion.

J&J did accomplish the goal of keeping DECN out of the market for a very long time, so I'll grant that win on their side. The rest of 2017 will provide enough proof as to whether DECN is truly on the path to a win (or not).

The value of a "Legal win" is only measured by monetization.
There are no "moral" victories in owning a legal win.
KB repeatedly made claims J&J was going to "Pay" for this great injustice. The attached counter suit reflecting "oppression and restraint of trade" was a slam dunk. Right?

Did you forget the LOST "foundational to Genstrip development" Walmart contract?

The development of Unistrip and Equate????? Genultimate's biggest competitors?

All while Genstrip was "tied up".

Irrespective of those developments,I thought 2016 was going to be that year?
