Actually gman, nobody won as stated in KB's post settlement PR. It can be argued both ways of course as any settlement is viewed by two different sides of the coin. Without knowing how much the settlement was for we can't say who "won". JnJ kept Genstrip off the market for several years while the strip market continued its lifecycle and march towards invalidity. So, unless we find out what that settlement was we'll never know. It would seem obvious that the settlement was minimal based on financial and market reaction. If it were a high number I have to believe DECN's financiers would have infused the company with more cash at better deals and had helped out upward pressure on the pps. That, and KB is. It bashful about pumping so if the settlement were of any significance, he would have blasted it in a PR. So from my point of view DECN lost big time. Nothing positive has come out of that settlement and revenues continue to flounder.
