Since you prefer to provide backhanded comments to what I said, here are a couple of thoughts.
First, my word is not law, merely my opinion - take it FWIW (or not)
Second, I did not claim moral victory in the case that went to the supreme court. Let's let the current case play out to determine what a victory really is for either side.
Last, we all have our own timeline and patience level for seeing an investment through, and mine has not been exceeded or I would have sold.
I'll give you credit in that you finally owned your decision and sold your shares. No one is forced to buy shares of DECN and if one chooses not to take responsibility for that decision and blame management, the market, message board posters, etc. - it's that person's fault for investing in the first place. Pink sheets are a risky place, steer clear if you can't afford to lose what you invest.
