No crap they are not the same nobody even hinted towards that being the case lol.

Maybe you dont understand the process of the SBV but it clearly states on the site that the DOE and the labs work together and then and researcher from the lab is matched with the submitter to finalize statements etc. Notice that the assigned researcher is not the same one that will be doing the actual testing if they are granted.

like I just said its obvious the ones doing the review are not the ones doing the actual testing hence the quote the scientist said about never seeing their tech, that you posted yourself LMFAO
