This is now a non-SEC registered stock. The doctor no longer has anyone to answer to, or fear. He can go out on the street corner and peddle unregistered shares if he wishes, or do wash trades, cross trades or anything else he wants to fool people into buying shares LOL. Unless someone files a written complaint to the SEC, accompanied by documented evidence, they will do nothing, and are simply no longer screening anything he does or says.
