I included what the PR said in my last post.

1. Before the application was ever submitted D'Couto claimed that the National Lab had completed an extensive review of the NEAH battery under an NDA. In that same PR he claims that they are working with NEAH and the DOE to pursue DOE funding with the company , see below from the PR.

"Separately, the Company noted that it was submitting for U.S. Department of Energy funding with an internationally reputed national laboratory in the USA. The national laboratory, after extensive review of the technology under non-disclosure agreement with the Company, has agreed to pursue DOE funding with the Company. The grant submissions are due in mid-February 2016."

This is not me saying it or misconstruing it, this is a NEAH PR.

The rules for the SBV are clear I already posted them once.

The labs DO NOT work with anyone to help them get the grants.

NO comprehension failure, just a management and PR failure as always.

Besides, if the National Lab was so hot to get the NEAH battery going as D'Couto claimed, what happened in the 2nd half of 2016 and the first half of 2017 ?

Simply put for those with comprehension blinders by NEAH.

The National Labs that administer the SBV pilots cannot help the applicants obtain the grants, because then that applicant company would have an unfair advantage over the other applicants. Hence creating that "conflict of interest".

D'Couto claimed in a PR that he was being assisted by the National Lab to obtain the DOE funding.
