you and i and every one will see when they show the terms of the deal ...i think its dilution and short are short right into it.hence we are going lower ,keep some powder dry and buy much lower ...
It is not really done deal on dilution. It is speculation. It could be simply a game of manipulation by the three Cs with the prime MM master CDEL. CDEL was the main guy and he is rarely a diluter.
