That's the thing, a few thousand dollars is not going to help them with the acquisition, and why do a dilution now? the acquisition is not necessary to their survival and they could purchase more of the B Twiss deal which has shown to be profitable. IMO
plus do we know how much they received from the Health and software deals? Where did that money go?
Also if they can get a new lender bank loan for the trucks, then they can most definitely get a bank loan for acquisition, right?
So why dilution for peanuts?
