I just had a thought and I could be right too

Anavex runs the Rett trial and doesn't tell the public ( in fact it might be over already )
However after the results Are in and studied
Then tells the public ( or keeps it quiet. If they fail )

Hmm you probably react and say that's illegial it's a material event

But .....
